According to CATSA guidelines, powder-based supplements: Certain powders and granular materials (e.g. mineral-based supplements that are primarily calcium, magnesium or iron) in your carry-on are limited to a total quantity of 350 ml or less (roughly the size of a soda can). There are no exemptions for medical reasons.
