According to CATSA guidelines, a maximum of two (2) sealed lead acid (SLA) non-spillable batteries with a maximum rating of 12 volts / 8.3 Amps (100 Wh) are permitted in carry-on luggage. Spare battery terminals must be protected (non-conductive caps, tape, etc.) within the outer packaging.
